Tax & Shipping Policy
If a parcel shipped to you is returned due to non-payment of Import Tax and VAT, we can either ship the parcel back to you (additional shipping fees will apply) or payment will be given back as Store Credit minus the shipping fees.
Purchases may be subject to sales, use, excise and other tax in some jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ascertain and pay all taxes due. Buyers claiming exemption from sales tax must have the appropriate documentation on file with Wakim Antique Restorations P/L prior to the release of the property.
Once you have confirmed your order, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order in our system. Please make sure your order is placed with all the items, discount codes, and proper shipping methods needed before you confirm your order.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after the transaction is confirmed and transit delivery times vary by your location.
Please bear in mind that during the public holiday season delays might occur.
We offer Regional as well as Worldwide shipping that needs to be arranged through firstname.lastname@example.org in advance. Although, Wakim Antique Restorations P/L is not responsible for incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas deliveries.
We will confirm and notify you once the parcel is shipped and will provide you with the tracking number.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once your order has left our warehouse and is scanned by the post Wakim Antique Restorations P/L is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages.
Shipping cost under $100 automatically includes insurance policy if sent through Australia Post. Parcels over $100 dollars will need additional insurance to protect the goods. All the additional costs must be covered by the customer.
If you believe that your order got lost, stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office. Please make sure you keep the tracking number until the order is delivered to your house.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered parcels. Please get tracking for your return shipments to our office as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returns.
We do not accept cancellations.
