This vintage floating dairy thermometer produced in the 1950s, is made by E-Mil London and Wales, and manufactured in England. This is a must have for any collector of scientific instruments. Made from glass with a weighted head so that the thermometer hangs vertically in the milk, cream or vats. Scales on the side indicate the preferred temperatures for freezing, churning, cheese making, scalding and water boiling. A fantastic item for those after unique pieces.
