Capodimonte porcelain is a type of porcelain that was produced in Italy during the 18th and 19th centuries, specifically at the Royal Factory of Capodimonte in Naples. The porcelain produced there was known for its high quality and intricate designs, which were heavily influenced by the rococo style of the time. 

This beautiful porcelain lamp features impressions of children playing framed by gilding, atop a square base. Fitted with a silk pleated shade this piece would add a touch of elegance to any home. Stamped ’68 Capodimonte Italy’. In good vintage condition with some wear to the gilding and small dints appropriate for it’s age.
