The "Hunting Incidents" series is a collection of hand-coloured prints, specifically lithographs or engravings, created in the 19th century. The series focuses on depicting various scenes and incidents that occur during a traditional fox hunt in the English countryside. Created by British artist Henry Thomas Alken (1785–1851), best known for his sporting prints. Other prints in the series have titles such as "Going to Cover (Hold Hard!)" and "A Cross Meeting", illustrating different stages or specific moments of the hunt.
This reproduction print comes in fantastic condition with some wear to the frame, refer to images.
