Lancaster & Sandland Ltd. produced earthenware at the Dresden factory in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, in an area known as Tinkersclough. When Sandland became a partner in the company in 1944, the company was renamed Lancaster & Sandland. In November 1968, the company went into voluntary liquidation.
