Born in Williamstown, Victoria in 1917, Leslie (Bill) Sands is a Self-Taught traditional style painter of landscapes and seascapes, working in oil and active from the 1950s to the 1980s. He has exhibited throughout the eastern states. There are records of art auction sales by Bill Sands from 1976 and in total 40 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 32 (80%) were sold. No works have been offered for sale this year, and the last sale was recorded back in 2014. Watercolour was made in 1978. Artwork comes Framed and in Good Condition.
