Antique Art Nouveau Style Silver Plate Bowl. The company was founded around 1901 by Adolphe Viener (sometimes called Adolph Weiner when he was knighted by the Crown) and his sons, and grew to be the largest cutlery producer in England after World War II as Viners Ltd. They were silversmiths who began their careers in modest, traditional workshops. Son Edward Viner was given the hallmark for Viners Ltd. silver in 1932, which was "E.V" with figures, and in 1964, it was "EV" with accompanying figures. Superb Bowl comes with Floral Relief Ornaments and in Solid Original Condition.
