Astonishing Vintage Set of 5 Genuine Lead Crystal Royal Crystal Rock Wine Glasses inspired by Novocento Movement. In the heart of Tuscany, RCR Cristalleria Italiana was founded in 1967. Today, all manufacturing takes place in a single factory in Colle di Vald'Elsa (Tuscany), which employs roughly 300 people in the heart of Chianti. From design to pigments, the entire manufacturing process takes place in Italy. Novocento is a tribute to the artistic movements, such as Liberty, Jugendstil and Art Nouveau that sprang up at the beginning of this century reflecting the new era of progress. This particular Collection was inspired by the essence of these styles, symbolising both design and technology. RCR crystal far exceeds the directives as specified in the EEC 69/493 as it contains over 24% PbO with refractive index above 1,545. Set comes in Mint Condition with Original Box and consists of 5 Excellent Design Crystal Wine Glasses (the complete set was supposed to have 6 Glasses but 1 is missing).
