After being started in the late 1870s, this small English producer officially became known as Crown Devon in 1921, until it closed its doors in 1982. Known mainly for majolica style pieces in the early years, their art deco pieces and lustre ware are among the most prized collectibles. 

The embossed cabbage leaf patterned mint green bowl sits atop gold decorated lobster “feet” - definitely giving a lobster dinner the respect it deserves. In good vintage condition with some wear to the lobster legs and a dull mark on the inside of the bowl. Stamped on the underside with ‘Made In England Crown Devon’.
