Bolivian painter Graciela Rodo was born in 1935. She is renowned for her works of art that feature stylised depictions of kids.Rodo had always wanted to be a great artist and musician, but she soon realised that she would not have the time to devote herself fully to all of her interests. She devoted all of her focus to painting when she was 22. Along with René Carcan, she pursued etching and printmaking studies in Paris under Johnny Friedlaender. Her legal name changed to Graciela Rodo de Boulanger after she wed Frenchman Boulanger. Her first editions of engravings were released, and she held her first American exhibition in 1966, marking the beginning of the realisation of her artistic vision. She served as the International Year of the Child poster's official artist in 1979, and two of her tapestries were displayed in the UN General Assembly's main hall.
