Blakeney Art Pottery was established around 1968 by Michael and Sheila Bailey at South Wolfe Street, Stoke. The business moved to Pinnox Street, Tunstall in 2000 and was renamed Blakeney Pottery Ltd. Pauline Meakin served as Company Secretary and James Grundy as Director, with ties to Sydney Pottery Ltd, Bridgwood Pottery Ltd, and Caledonia Pottery Ltd. The company's name changed to Blakeney Pottery Ltd in May 2000, and Bernard Meakin joined as a director in August 2000. Blakeney Pottery Ltd ceased operations on 19 November 2013.
