Vintage Fine China Melbourne Skyline and Yarra River Creamer. Manufactured by Westminster in Australia. Stanley Rogers and Son Ltd founded Westminster Fine China Australia in 1954 at 7 Arnold Street in the Melbourne suburb of Cheltenham. In 1977, they relocated to 228 Bay Road, Sandringham, where they occupied about 5,500 square metre structure that held the production, warehouse, office, and showroom. They began by using imported Japanese blanks that were custom-made to their requirements and then adorned locally. They began with a conventional selection of shapes for souvenir ware, subsequently expanding to include tea sets, dinnerware, and a variety of other china ware styles. Collectible item comes with Original Maker’s Decal and in Excellent Condition.
